We will take your payment prior to the investigation starting. We will keep you updated on developments throughout the investigation. We will be only a phone call or email away throughout the operation to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If your case involves our GPS vehicle tracking system, you will also be sent daily updates of the subjects whereabouts. The update will be in the form of a full PDF report detailing every location the subject has visited that specific day.

On conclusion of the investigation

When the operation is concluded, we present you with the findings and evidence in a professional report that you can access electronically. A hard copy can be posted if you prefer. All reports typically contain timed and dated photographs along with written observations.
